Benefits of ‘Sweet’ Pavaka

The health benefits of pawpaw are numerous. Daily consumption of Papaya is very good for us against lifestyle diseases and heart related problems. Papaya is very good for diabetics and helps in clearing blockages in the brain and heart. Vava can be consumed as juice, pulp and green. Pavaka juice is very beneficial.

For this, take a dollop, wash it well, remove the pus inside it, cut it into small pieces, put it in a mixer, add some water and grind it well. Then mix a glass with an ice cube and squeeze lemon juice well and pour the beaten papa juice into it. After mixing it well we can drink it and it is very good to give it in the morning on an empty stomach.

Papaya curry is also very good. For this, we need one papaya, enough green chillies, small onion, half a cup of coconut, two teaspoons of chilli powder, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, a small piece of vellum, a little tamarind and washed papaya and cut it into small pieces. After boiling papaya and small onion in water, coconut oil can be added to it.
