One thing that should never be done while refrigerating food is putting hot food in it. Fruits are not best kept in the fridge and are best left out. Similarly, there is a special place to put eggs in the fridge, but you should not put eggs there, it is better to keep eggs in another container inside the fridge.
Be careful to take things out and put them in when you open them instead of opening them frequently. The food should not be eaten if it has been kept in the fridge for at least four hours without running water.
