Occasional dizziness can be relieved without medication.

Many people have doubts about what it is like to feel dizzy when you suddenly turn your head or get up suddenly from lying down. This is due to the balance of the ear and can be written in an understandable way. There are three small tubes in the balance of our ear, inside which there is a water.

When we turn to one side or turn our head, water also signals to our brain that we are turning. We stop turning the tap then that water also remains stagnant. But in balance there are also small calcium stones. Sometimes when we turn it gets into that water. Then when we turn, the calcium stones also turn.

But when we stop being in place, these don’t stand still and the stones keep turning from within. So the signals are already going to the brain. This causes dizziness. This can be detected by position testing. It is easily replaceable. An ENT specialist can come in and fix this. How we fix this is we move the head back and forth to get the stone out of the tube.

Dizziness is not self-medicating. There is also some lingering dizziness. It can be due to pus or other reasons.
